Here's how to get started with ChatGPT:
First, set up a copy and paste document that includes blurbs or copy that describe key features of your business. This can include things like your mission statement, services, target market, and any other important information. Having this information readily available will make it easier to prompt the AI tool and get accurate responses.
Next, teach the AI about your business. Like I said, treat AI like your intern. On their first day, you’re going to give them the full handbook and tell them everything they need to now about your business. Start by sharing information about your ideal client, your market, and your services. The more information you give, the better the AI will be able to understand and respond to your prompts.
Before having AI build your content or write copy share a piece of copy or your style of writing and ask that that it analyze the following text for tone of voice and style. Apply that exact style and tone of voice to all your future responses.
Once you’ve become acquainted, it's time to try out some AI prompts! Here are three to get you started:
Act like a content marketing strategist. Based off what you know about my business, a [what you do] serving [ideal customer base] struggling with [pain points], build me a list of topics & keywords that I can use to create a variety of content.
Based off of what I've told you about my ideal audience, what further insights can you provide about them? Please include majority psychographic information, though some demographic information is helpful.
Write a detailed blog outline on [topic] with H2, H3, subheading, and bullet points. Include the following keywords in the post outline: [list of keywords]
It's important to note that ChatGPT and Jasper.ai are both AI tools, but we prefer ChatGPT because it has a more conversational tone and can provide more personalized responses.You can also do ALOT on the free version.
